2025-26 CLEC Program
We are pleased to share the Request for Proposals for the 2025-26 CLEC program is now open!
The Civic Leadership and Engagement Corps (CLEC) aims to empower tomorrow’s compassionate leaders and engaged citizens through service on campuses and in communities throughout Washington. The program aims to recruit and mobilize AmeriCorps members and student volunteers to provide direct service support that will further academic success and college and career readiness for low-income, at-risk students, across the region.
FOCUS AREAS
For 2025-26, we will be prioritizing applications focusing on K-12 Academic Engagement and College/University Student Success focus areas. While we welcome proposals from all previous focus areas, this year's program is smaller and will be more competitive. Projects in focus areas outside of Education will be awarded if space permits.
